Only 3 beers??? We've definitely met at J&A "Corture" class (torture for the core)...Are you the National Anthem singer??? Now you've guilted me into coming back to core at least one day a week! I swear, the harder and longer the other training gets, the harder it is to get to core for two hours every week. Otherwise, I'd be doing 2 and 3-a-days EVERY day. Fortunately, T3 also has core classes built in before their spin classes. Anxious to follow along with your training!
I'm coming to core on Wednesday! It's on the calendar--I can't back out now :-)
